How do I claim my prize?
To claim your prize simply log onto Search and Win and claim the prize in your account area. You will be asked to confirm your address and contact details so we know where to send your prize.

Where is my prize?
Prizes are sent out at the end of every month. You can view the status of your prize in your account area.

How do I know if I've won?
If you Search & Win instantly, a trophy and image of the prize you have won will be displayed on the search results screen.
If one of your friends has won and you referred them you will be notified by email that you are also a winner. This email will include instructions on how to redeem your prize.
